Walter Ring is a historic figure in the Stelle community. He served on the Stelle Group board of Trustees, was employed as the President of the Stelle Phone Company, and was a Waste Water/Treatment Plant Operator. He and is wife Kitty, were two of the chosen few asked to move to Aldephi. Walter was also the first person interviewed after the 1977 predictions did not come true.
