Stu Parthe is a man on the fringe of the fringe. He hasn’t really been a part of the community in any sort of permanent way, and yet he has been there for 30 years.  To me he was a middle man, a guy stuck between commitments. To me, I found his perspective the most valuable because in some ways he was the most like me. Not only that, but he has had some of the most supernatural experiences of any of the Stelle residents, past or present. Listen as we talk about his ability to see Dark Clouds envelope people and change their personality, the clairaudiant voice that changed his life, and his adventures as Stu The Elf who liberates hydrogen.
